1. Agreement to Terms

2. Appointments and Cancellations

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. Deposits made for hair extension services and installations are non-refundable.

3. Services and Results

While we strive to achieve the best possible results for every client, hair extension outcomes can vary based on individual hair types, previous chemical treatments, and at-home maintenance. We provide detailed care instructions that must be followed to ensure the longevity and quality of your extensions.

4. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited.
